All resident doctors at °ëµºÌåÓý Park have an educational supervisor (ES) as well as a clinical supervisor. The ES will ensure that their respective trainee is given learning opportunities and guidance that will allow the trainee to develop against training standards set out by local and GMC requirements. A detailed induction programme is arranged for all new resident doctors as part of the onboarding process.
The PGEC also hosts regional and national conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.
