Mental health has never had a higher profile in society. After years of fighting the perceived stigma surrounding mental health, the tide has finally turned and many people with a high public profile have shared their personal experiences.

Mental health issues will affect one in four people at some point in their life. Although FHFT does not provide urgent mental health specialist services, we are keen that you can access help and support when you need it.
