Professional background
Mr Forster is a consultant urologist and clinical lead at Wexham Park Hospital. He qualified with a distinction from Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Medical School at King's College London in 2010. He also achieved a 1st class honours degree in health psychology. He completed his specialist urology training in North London. During his training he was the BAUS Section of Trainees Chairman from 2018-2020.
Mr Forster is passionate about education and is a GMC accredited trainer. He has an MSc in medical education and is the trust director of undergraduate medical education. In 2023 he was awarded a prize as the best undergraduate teacher.
Since his appointment in 2021 Mr Forster has led a number of service improvements benefitting patients with kidney stones, urine symptoms and testicular pain. In recognition of his leadership and service improvement he received Clinical Excellence Awards in 2023 and 2024 before being appointed as Wexham Park clinical lead in 2024. His established practice includes quality patient assessment and offering the latest available treatments to his patients.
