zipForm® Plus FREE AND AT NO COST TO LCBR® REALTOR MEMBERS

What is zipForm® Plus (online)?
zipForm® Plus (Online) is one of several benefits offered to REALTOR® members at NO COST.
zipForm® Plus is a powerful, easy-to-use web-based real estate contract software program, offered by zipLogix, that helps real estate agents and brokers increase productivity by decreasing the amount of time they spend doing paperwork, by providing immediate access to the most up-to-date association electronic fill-able forms and contracts. Members may login into their zipForm® account, enter information into the electronic forms, save and access them later.
zipForm® Plus: 100% browser based – no downloads required; Broker Management Tools; integrates with Top Producer 7i and 8i; One-Click integration with relay®.
The newest features of zipForm® Plus include a brand new way of looking at and navigating through our form files. zipForm Plus works on today's computers, maximizing your screen use and productivity. Plug-ins are not required, so you can use your choice of browser or operating system, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
I am a New Customer How do I setup my zipForm INDIVIDUAL account ?
In the Please Select Your Association drop down menu select CT- Litchfield County Board of REALTORS® and click Order
Next Window, under Select One of the Following select I Am A New Customer, after you select this option a new option named Select Membership will appear
Next under Select Membership select NAR Member
Next at bottom of window you will need to enter your “NRDS ID#” and "Last Name".
Next window, SELECT “zipForm® Plus” Click Add To Cart, Then Continue.
Next window select a Library. "CT Statewide MLS (CTMLS)", which will be listed as costing Zero Dollars ($0) and “Litchfield County Board of REALTORS (LCBR) ”, which will be listed as costing Zero Dollars ($0) and will include the "Connecticut Association of REALTORS (CTAR) " library, Click Add To Cart. Please note at this juncture you may select and purchase additional Libraries or Features for the price indicated. Once you have made all of your selections, Then Click Continue.
Next window will ask you to setup username and password, and email. Do this now.
Next window will be further customer information.
Click Continue at bottom of page.
Next window will show your current order Click on "YES I agree to license agreement". Click the "Check Out" button. If you selected any additional Library or Features or than the "Litchfield County Board of REALTORS" Library you will have to enter your payment information on next screen and follow instructions to complete your transaction.
Please note, zipLogix will email everyone that sets up an account a receipt regardless of whether or not they purchased any of the additional Libraries or Features. If you only selected the "Litchfield County Board of REALTORS" your receipt will show a purchase of Zero Dollars ($0), however if you purchased any additional Libraries or Features your receipt will reflect the amount of the purchases you made.

What is a Library?
A Library is a collection of specific forms and contracts available for use within the user's zipForm® account.
LCBR REALTOR® or Designated REALTOR® members with zipForm® Plus Accounts associated with LCBR will have access to the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® library of forms and contracts, as well as, CTMLS data input forms at no additional cost.
Can I Have My Own Library Added to My ZipForm Account?
REALTOR® members may request the creation of a Library under their own individual zipForm® account for an additional cost.
Some personalization features such as the inclusion of your logo are available for an additional cost.
Is there any training or support for zipForm® PLUS available now?
zipLogix offers several webinars every month that are available to all zipForm® Plus users.
