The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, real estate's only professional organization, was organized for the benefit of its members. Its purpose is to make its members more successful by ensuring that they receive the education necessary to compete in the marketplace; by enforcing the Code of Ethics, which protects both REALTOR® and consumer alike; by being a strong political force; by maintaining a vigilant legal staff; and by promoting the REALTOR® image.
If you're a Real Estate Professional, can you afford not to belong to such an organization?
We don't know, but we do feel you should be aware of the many benefits of REALTOR® membership. Members have access to educational programs at reduced rates (or no cost at all), legal counsel for real estate matters is available from the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® and our members can purchase forms through our office. Members also receive our email and printed newsletters, which keeps everyone up to date on and on top of the latest Association news and events. Members may make contributions to the Political Action fund. Those are just a few of our benefits that we feel are valuable to our members.
If you review the Litchfield County Board of REALTORS®, Inc. Bylaws, the Ethics & Arbitration information, our member services and our educational offerings, we hope you feel it would be worth your while to take advantage of these many benefits and become a REALTOR® member of our Board.
For additional information about REALTOR® membership, contact the Board office at (860) 482-9816 or email firstname.lastname@example.org .
