Candidates for REALTOR® of the Year MUST have served Litchfield County Board of REALTORS®, Inc. by devoting their time, expertise and concern for the best interests of the Board and its membership. An appropriate candidate for REALTOR® of the Year is a member who, currently or recently between the years of 2012-2017 contributes their time and services to the Board, thereby supporting the REALTOR® organization, and its members, as well as, members of their community; their contributions should include service on Board committees, the Board of Directors and involvement in civic and community affairs. Consideration is given for involvement in actives, such as, serving on a committee or the Board of Directors, attending events, etc. on the State level, Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, and the National level, National Association of REALTORS®.
The REALTOR® of the Year Committee selects the REALTOR® of the Year, via a point system, from information supplied by the applicants. Points are awarded to applicants based on Board Service, Committee Service, Civic Service, etc. This system enables the committee to identify the most qualified applicant.

If you feel YOU are deserving of this award, please feel free to nominate yourself as well! If you would like to nominate more than one person, put as many names on the nomination form as you would like.
