Many thanks to the Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS®, Inc. for their spirit of cooperation and making this all possible for our members.

Before coming to the Board office you need to do the following:

The following procedures will be strictly enforced to ensure that disruptions to the Board office are kept to a minimum, so they will not interfere with the Board office's normal functions and responsibilities.

  • All necessary paperwork must be completed and faxed to 860-866-4411 prior to coming to the Board office. Please scroll down to the end of this page to find the Electronic Key/Lockbox Forms & Documents.

  • Wait for the Board office to call you with a time that your key/lock box is ready to be picked up.

To lease an electronic key fax the following to 860-866-4411.

1. Sub-Lease Agreement
2. Page 5 of the Rules & Regulations
3. Designated REALTOR® Agreement
4. Four Digit Pin of Your Choice -- i.e. 1456                    
5. Credit Card Authorization (Only if you would like to charge the fees to your credit card)

To Purchase a Lock Box

Only REALTORS issued an electronic key under the lockbox system of the Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS, Inc. are eligible to purchase lockboxes.

1. Contact the Board office at 860-482-9816 to schedule an appointment.                      

Please read the following important information:

  • Electronic keys are ONLY available for lease.

  • You may terminate your lease at anytime by following the proper termination procedures and returning all leased equipment.

  • All fees associated with an electronic key/lockbox are non-fundable.

  • Electronic lockboxes are ONLY available for purchase by REALTORS® issued an electronic key under the lockbox system of The Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS®, Inc.

  • Agents must have their firm's Designated REALTOR® (generally the broker) sign the Designated REALTOR® Agreement (see below).

  • Upon request with properly submitted paperwork, keyholders with a Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS®, Inc. key may "coop" it with CMLS to gain access to CMLS lock boxes.  There is no fee for this service.

*NOTE - ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH AN ELECTRONIC KEY/LOCKBOX ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

Initial Activation Fee*

*Note - All new Key holders entering into the Sub-Lease Agreement must pay a one-time Initial Activation Fee the date you enter into the lease.
January 1st - June 31st $50.00 
July 1st - December 31st $25.00 
   

Electronic Key Lease Fees

*The key holder will pay 100% of the Annual System Fee for each year that follows

*Note - The Annual System Fee is due and payable by December 1st of each year.  Failure topay within 15 days of the due date will result in the immediate deactivation of service and an automatic Late Fee of $25.00 will be required.

CMLS Agreement with Waterbury

If you have a CMLS key and would like to access lockboxes in the rest of the state (other than Greenwich) you must complete this form and fax it to LCBR at 860-866-4411.  This service is free for eligible CMLS Key Holders.  

Credit Card Authorization Form

Only use this form if you would like to charge the Activation Fee, Annual System Fee or Lock Box Purchase Fee at the time you lease an electronic key or purchase a lockbox.  Please complete this form and fax it to 860-866-4411.  This is a one time charge to your credit card.  Future bills will not be automatically charged to your credit card. 

Designated REALTOR Agreement

Please complete this form and fax it to 860-866-4411.  Your Designated REALTOR® (generally your broker) must sign this form.
Lost or Stolen Affidavit and Form

In the event your electronic key and/or cradle is lost or stolen please complete this form and fax it to 860-866-4411. LCBR will contact you during normal business hours to confirm receipt of the form.  

Key Box Service Rules & Regulations

Please read these Rules and Regulations thoroughly, sign and date page 5 and fax it to 860-866-4411.

Sub-Lease Agreement

Please complete and fax this form to 860-866-4411.

TIP: After you click print a dialog box will open, select properties and make sure the paper size is set to LEGAL SIZE (8 1/2 x 14 in) and page scaling is set to NONE. 

Termination of Supra Lease Agreement

If you would like to terminate your Supra Lease Agreement please complete this form, fax it to 860-866-4411 and wait for the Board office to call you to make an appointment to drop off your electronic key and cradle.   Please be aware all fees associated with leasing your electronic key are non-refundable.
Waterbury Agreement with CMLS

If you have an electronic key from The Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS®, Inc.  lockbox system and would like to have access to CMLS lockboxes, you must complete this form and fax it to CMLS at 203-596-2243.  This service is  a free service.
Ways to Update Your Supra Display Key

Please read this form to learn how to update your key if for some reason your key did not update automatically overnight.
